Duties and responsibilities: • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) • Search for new client leads and develop new lead acquisition channels • Manage relationships with existing customers • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations ($10-100k ticket size) • Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) • Understand the end-consumer and customers' needs and identify growth opportunities • Find new opportunities to expand the customer base and value • Build and use your network to be the first to know about upcoming opportunities • Establish strategic relations with other industrial players, including investment funds, exchanges, marketing agencies, etc. • Drive the teams' results by showing strong leadership, being close to the sales force, and support where needed • Follow up on the team's performance and take corrective actions where needed • Define and develop the improvement areas within the current B2B operations
Requirements: • Higher level education • Prior experience in B2B sales or Business Development • Fluency in English • Successfully closed $10k deals on the regular basis • Interest in the financial markets and blockchain • Work experience in marketing positions, preferably as a KOL manager would be an advantage • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation • Strong customer focus
